Reservation Policy and Legal Responsibilities

By booking on the RideQuad 140 website, you fully accept the terms and conditions below.

1. Acceptance of Risks

1.1. The participant acknowledges that riding a quad bike, even in a supervised environment, carries inherent risks, including personal injury, property damage, and accidents.

1.2. The RideQuad 140 website, its employees, guides, or partners cannot be held liable for any incident, damage, or injury occurring during the activity, including those caused by driver error or negligence on the part of the participant.

2. Participant Responsibility

2.1. The participant is fully responsible for the quad bike provided for the entire duration of the activity. This includes damage caused to the quad bike, to a third party, or to property.

2.2. In the event of damage, loss, or deterioration of the quad bike, the participant agrees to cover all repair or replacement costs.

2.3. The participant certifies that they have sufficient physical and mental capacity to drive a quad bike.

3. Mandatory Conditions

3.1. Participants must be of legal age (18 years or older) and present valid ID.

3.2. No driver's license is required to participate, but participants must strictly follow the instructions provided by the supervisory team.

3.3. The signing of a liability waiver is mandatory before the start of the activity. Without this waiver, access to the activity will be refused, with no refund possible.

4. Safety Rules

4.1. The provided equipment (helmet, gloves, and other protective equipment) must be worn throughout the activity.

4.2. Any dangerous driving or driving that does not comply with the instructions will result in immediate exclusion from the activity, with no refund or compensation.

5. Cancellation and Delay Policy

5.1. Any cancellation must be notified at least 48 hours before the activity date to be eligible for a postponement or refund.

5.2. In the event of a delay, no refund or postponement will be possible. Departure will take place on time, without exception.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. RideQuad 140 cannot be held responsible for weather conditions, unforeseen interruptions, or any event beyond its control that may affect the activity.

6.2. In the event of a dispute, the site reserves the right to decide in accordance with the laws in force in France.

7. Participant's Legal Commitment

7.1. By booking an activity on the RideQuad 140 website, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions.

7.2. Any claim against RideQuad 140 must be made in writing within 15 days of the activity.
