Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Introduction
At RideQuad 140, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. That's why we've implemented this cancellation and refund policy to clarify the conditions under which you can cancel your reservation and receive a refund. By booking an activity with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Cancellation by the Customer
You may cancel your reservation under certain conditions. Depending on the time of your cancellation, the refund amount may vary.
• Free cancellation: You can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour time without charge and receive a full refund.
• Late cancellation (less than 48 hours before departure): If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before the departure time, a partial refund of 50% of the amount paid will be issued.
• Cancellation within 24 hours of departure: If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour departure, no refund will be issued.
3. No-Show or Delay
• No-Show: If you fail to arrive at the scheduled departure time without prior notice, the reservation will be considered canceled and no refund will be issued.
• Lateness: If you arrive late, there will be no waiting. We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the departure time. In the event of a delay, no refund or program adjustments will be possible.
4. Cancellation by RideQuad 140
RideQuad 140 reserves the right to cancel a reservation in the event of unforeseen conditions, such as:
• Adverse Weather: In the event of extreme weather conditions (heavy rain, thunderstorms, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the tour for safety reasons.
• Technical Issues: If a technical issue with our vehicles prevents the tour from taking place, we will offer a full refund or reschedule for a later date.
• Force Majeure: In the event of force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, etc.), we will offer a postponement or full refund.
In the event of a cancellation by RideQuad 140, we will contact all affected customers as soon as possible to arrange a full refund or reschedule.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of cancellation confirmation.
6. Additional Conditions
• RideQuad 140 will not be responsible for cancellations due to reasons beyond our control (weather conditions, strikes, government closures, etc.).
• All cancellations or changes must be made through our online booking system or by contacting our customer service team by email at contact@ridequad140.com.
